Two best logos have been selected in the online voting for EXPO-2017 logos that have finished on July 23. The final decision will be made by the state commission, Director of the Communications and Marketing Department of EXPO-2017 National Company Assel Kozhakova told Tengrinews.kz. The voting on the official website of the EXPO started on July 9. Kazakhstan residents were selecting from 7 logos prepared by 27 designers from 18 countries. Over 10 thousand people took part in the voting and special pages were created by voters in the social networks, Kozhanova said. “We ended up having 2 leaders. The logo Green Energy was ranked first with 3,088 votes and the Wind Energy logo was ranked second with 2,594 votes. They are way ahead of all the other logos. The two logos will be submitted to the state commission for consideration,” Kozhakova said.
